📋 Description

• Identify property owners and persuade them to entrust you with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance service providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Build a client portfolio generating recurring monthly income • Freely organize your schedule between partial remote work and on-site activities

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation and autonomy • Willingness to build a long-term recurring income stream • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training provided • No investment required
