ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Build a portfolio of short-term rental properties under management in your area • Identify and prospect property owners • Persuade owners to entrust you with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Grow the client portfolio to generate recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule freely between partial remote work and field-based activities • Manage your business through the ALB platform • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation • Independence of a self-employed professional, backed by the support of a structured network • Willingness to build recurring income over the long term • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
