• You will be ALB's point of contact in your area. • Business development: Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unique accommodations, etc.). • Management: Run your portfolio like your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and relationships with property owners and guests). • Freedom: Organize your schedule and work from wherever you want (partial remote / field work).
• Persuasive: You can convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their homes. • Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other field — what matters is your desire to learn and to do quality work. • Autonomous: You want flexibility in your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
