ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Become an ALB sales agent in your area • Build a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management • Identify and actively prospect property owners • Persuade owners to entrust you with the management of their properties • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Grow your client portfolio to generate recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule freely, working partly remotely and in the field • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and build a team

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivated and self-directed, with an independent mindset • Desire to build a long-term recurring income stream • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
