📋 Description

• Identify property owners and persuade them to entrust ALB with property management • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Build a portfolio of short-term rental management clients • Organize your schedule freely between remote work and field activities

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and independence suited to self-employment • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
