📋 Description

• Diseñar e implementar agentes de IA y flujos agénticos para resolver problemas de negocio y producto • Construir y mantener el harness de los agentes: orquestación, herramientas, manejo de contexto, memoria y evaluaciones • Integrar modelos de lenguaje (LLMs) con sistemas internos, APIs de terceros y fuentes de datos • Desarrollar el frontend y backend necesarios para llevar las soluciones a producción • Definir buenas prácticas de desarrollo con IA para el equipo (prompts, evals, seguridad, costos) • Acompañar a otros equipos en la adopción de herramientas y agentes de IA • Monitorear calidad, costo y performance de las soluciones implementadas

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ años de experiencia como desarrollador/a full stack • Experiencia con backend (Python, Node.js o TypeScript) y frontend (React o similar) • Conocimiento práctico de LLMs y sus APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) • Experiencia construyendo agentes o flujos con frameworks como LangGraph, PydanticAI, LangChain o similares • Familiaridad con RAG, tool calling, MCP y manejo de contexto • Experiencia integrando APIs, webhooks y servicios externos • Manejo de bases de datos (SQL y/o NoSQL) y nociones de cloud (GCP, AWS o Azure) • Capacidad para liderar técnicamente y comunicar decisiones con claridad • Experiencia con evaluaciones de LLMs y observabilidad (Langfuse, LangSmith o similares) — deseable • Uso avanzado de herramientas de desarrollo asistido por IA (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) — deseable • Conocimiento de bases vectoriales — deseable • Experiencia en entornos regulados o fintech — deseable
