• You will handle B2B telephone communication for a variety of exciting projects. • Sometimes your focus will be on new customer acquisition or lead qualification, • sometimes on appointment setting or presenting innovative solutions. • You will conduct professional conversations with decision-makers and build trust and interest through your communication. • You will document your calls in the CRM system, keep your contacts up to date, and work closely with your project team. • Together with your colleagues you will achieve measurable targets — and celebrate successes as a team. • Through training and regular feedback you will continually develop and get to know new industries and products.
• Enjoy talking on the phone and communicating — you like engaging with people. • Motivated to learn and develop your B2B communication skills. • Career changers from retail, customer service, or the hospitality industry are warmly welcome! • An open, friendly manner and team spirit. • Interest in digital topics and IT — not required, but a plus. • German (level C2) and English (level B2).
