• Responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team • Strengthening and motivating your team • Coaching and promoting personal and performance-oriented development within the team • Monitoring performance metrics and deriving measures to achieve targets • Resource planning • Ensuring quality standards through regular quality management • Conducting employee and recruitment interviews • Preparing regular client materials such as call scripts, project overviews, and lead reports
• Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business, communications, or a related field • At least 2 years of work experience in telesales/telemarketing or a sales-related environment • Proven leadership experience (e.g., as Team Leader, Deputy Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Agent) • Experience in managing and motivating sales teams as well as achieving sales targets • Strong sales and closing orientation with a pronounced affinity for numbers and KPIs • Structured working style, good self-organization, and a sense of responsibility • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a practical leadership style • Strong customer focus and social skills in dealing with employees • Excellent German (C2); English skills at B1–B2 level are sufficient
