• Customer support: Telephone consultation and support of new and existing B2B customers • Needs assessment: Analyze customer needs and identify business opportunities across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, networking platforms) • Documentation: Maintain and update relevant customer information in our database • Lead management: Qualify leads and hand them over to the sales team for further nurturing and closing • Sales support: Actively contribute to market penetration through continuous customer outreach and relationship building
• Experience in sales or selling and enjoyment of customer contact • Strong verbal telephone communication skills and effective written communication by email • Team player with the ability to celebrate successes together and maintain team spirit • Goal-oriented work style and the motivation to delight customers with the best solutions • German at negotiation/business-fluent level (C2) in spoken and written; English skills are a plus
