• Provide functional and disciplinary leadership for a dedicated team • Build a motivating work environment with a focus on collaboration and development • Deliver individual coaching and promote personal and performance-oriented development • Monitor relevant performance metrics and derive appropriate actions • Conduct proactive resource and deployment planning • Ensure defined quality standards through continuous quality management • Conduct performance reviews and recruitment interviews • Create and maintain client-relevant materials such as call scripts, project overviews, and lead reports
• Degree or equivalent vocational training • Several years of experience in a sales-oriented, communication-intensive environment • Experience in leading and developing teams • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and a leadership mindset • Structured, self-organized working style with a strong focus on numbers and results • High customer orientation and strong interpersonal skills • Excellent German skills (C2) and good English skills (B2)
