⢠Ideally a completed university degree in business, communications or social sciences, or an equivalent qualification ⢠At least 3 years of professional experience in telesales/telemarketing or a comparable role ⢠A leadership personality with strong interpersonal skills who takes responsibility, shows above-average commitment and has a strong sales affinity ⢠Experience in team leadership and building teams ⢠Strong planning and self-organization skills, together with persuasiveness and leadership ability ⢠Analytical skills, customer orientation and social sensitivity ⢠Language skills according to the Common European Framework: German C1 and English B2
