📋 Description

• Provide personal support and advice to customers at our sales counter • Actively promote our products and services • Record and process orders • Prepare quotations • Accept orders by phone • Pick customer orders • Store incoming deliveries • Pack products ready for shipment • Process returns and issue credit notes

🎯 Requirements

• Vocational training in electrical engineering with commercial knowledge, or commercial training with electrical knowledge • Knowledge of electrical products (installation materials/building technology) is an advantage • Experience with ERP/inventory management systems and MS Office is desirable • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
