📋 Description

• Provide personal customer support and advice at our sales counter • Actively promote our products and services • Record and process orders • Prepare quotations • Accept orders by telephone • Pick customer orders (order picking) • Store delivered goods in the warehouse • Package products ready for shipment • Process returns and issue credit notes

🎯 Requirements

• Vocational training in electrical/electrotechnical trades with commercial knowledge, or commercial training with electrical knowledge • Knowledge of electrical products (installation materials/building technology) is an advantage • Experience with inventory/ERP systems and MS Office is desirable • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
