• Personal customer support and advice at our sales counter • Active promotion of our products and services • Entering orders • Preparing quotes • Accepting orders by phone • Picking customer orders • Receiving and storing delivered goods • Packaging products for shipment • Processing returns and issuing credit notes

🎯 Requirements

• Vocational training in electrical engineering with commercial knowledge, or commercial training with knowledge of electrical engineering • Knowledge of electrotechnical products (installation materials / building technology) is an advantage • Familiarity with inventory management/ERP systems and MS Office desirable • Strong communication skills • Teamwork
