📋 Description
• Driving sales results through daily, weekly, monthly agent performance management and accountability • Managing outbound tele sales campaigns • Communicating effectively, addressing positive and negative performance issues timely • Monitoring attendance, adherence, and address long agent handle-times
🎯 Requirements
• Maintain Life and Health insurance license in your home state • Experience of 3+ years in Medicare sales, people management, sales coaching, and contact center management • Demonstrate the highest levels of integrity, responsibility, discipline, quality and teamwork
