📋 Description
• Lead the design, development, and continuous refinement of advanced statistical and machine learning models • Translate model outputs into actionable insights • Own the end-to-end development of forecasting models • Serve as the organization's senior data science subject matter expert • Present complex data science findings to executive audiences • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 10+ years data science, data engineering, or a related field • Significant experience in a leadership capacity • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, especially Medicare Advantage • Expert-level proficiency with modern data architecture principles • Strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements
