• Offer timely and professional support to clients via phone and Intercom • Apply standard procedures to address inquiries • Help maintain positive client relationships • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions • Collaborate with colleagues on content creation tasks
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years of customer service experience • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing • Experience with Salesforce and Intercom preferred • An empathetic, positive approach to customer interactions • Basic technical skills with curiosity
