• Develop new business opportunities with utility companies and industrial customers. • Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships. • Promote A-Line's specialized services, including forensic transformer decommissioning, onsite transformer removal, transportation, recycling, and asset recovery. • Grow existing customer accounts by identifying additional service opportunities. • Collaborate with Project Managers and internal teams to ensure successful project execution. • Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and project documentation. • Represent A-Line at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows. • Travel up to 30% to meet with customers and support projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred. • Experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management. • Utility, industrial, construction, heavy equipment, or related industry experience is preferred. • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
