📋 Description

• Build and lead the enablement strategy for Alkami’s revenue organization • Own the enablement ecosystem at Alkami, including program design and training architecture • Define how Alkami’s sales methodology and process shows up in onboarding and training • Serve as a trusted partner to Revenue Operations and senior revenue leaders • Embed Alkami’s sales stages into the field operating model • Build clear role-based playbooks and inspection frameworks • Design and run onboarding and continuous learning programs • Lead enablement for major launches and strategic initiatives • Partner closely with Product and Product Marketing • Identify and drive AI-enabled workflows • Create the processes and assets needed to scale enablement • Establish KPIs for enablement effectiveness • Manage and develop a strong enablement team member

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enablement, revenue operations, sales operations, product marketing, or related go-to-market roles • Strong understanding of fintech and digital banking environments • Proven ability to design, build, and own scalable enablement programs • Experience building product enablement in partnership with Product and Product Marketing • Experience supporting cross-functional go-to-market teams and influencing senior stakeholders • Strong communication and storytelling skills • Demonstrable proficiency with AI tools and workflows • A creative but methodical operator • Comfort operating as a player-coach in a lean environment • Experience using data, systems, and operational metrics to improve program effectiveness • Prior people leadership experience
