📋 Description

• Als Customer Care Agent ben jij de redder in nood voor onze klanten! • Je behandelt inkomende en uitgaande oproepen én regelt de administratie rondom servicevouchers (gebruikt voor o.a. schoonmaak, strijken, boodschappen en speciaal transport). • Telefoon op één: Bellen en gebeld worden heeft altijd jouw hoogste prioriteit! • Vragen beantwoorden: Je helpt klanten via mail en telefoon met vragen over het gebruik, de bestelling, terugbetaling en omruiling van de cheques. • Website-support: Helpen bij het registreren, inloggen of het wijzigen van persoonlijke gegevens. • Problemen oplossen: "Mijn bestelling is er niet" of "Ik heb betaald maar niets ontvangen"? Jij zoekt het uit! • Fiscale attesten: Je helpt klanten bij de aanvraag voor hun belastingaangifte. • De spilfiguur zijn: Jij bent de onmisbare schakel tussen regio's, dienstverlenende bedrijven en klanten!

🎯 Requirements

• Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands of Vlaams én hebt een goede talenkennis Engels. • Je hebt minimaal een diploma secundair onderwijs. • Je bent handig met pc's, MS Office en bij voorkeur CRM-systemen. • Je bent communicatief, luistert écht, denkt analytisch, blijft positief, bent flexibel en multitasken is jouw tweede natuur! • Ervaring in een contact center? Dat is een dikke plus!
