• Behandelen van inkomende telefoontjes, e-mails en chats • Helpen met facturen, betalingen en tariefwijzigingen • Oplossen van klachten en zorgen voor tevreden klanten • Klantbehoud en duurzame klantrelaties opbouwen • Verhuizingen verwerken en gegevens bijwerken • Klanten helpen via telefoon, chat of e-mail met vragen over facturen, contracten en klantgegevens voor een groot Nederlands energiebedrijf
🎯 Requirements
• Nederlands (C2) + Engels (C1) • Ervaring met MS Office & CRM-systemen • Sterke communicatievaardigheden • Logisch, analytisch en proactief • Empathisch, geduldig en leergierig • Teamspeler met flexibiliteit en verkooptalent • Verplicht woonachtig te zijn in Griekenland
