• Klanten helpen met vragen over HR en personeelszaken • Advies geven op basis van jouw kennis van lokale wet- en regelgeving • Zorgen dat personeelsgegevens netjes en op tijd verwerkt worden • Vragen en telefoontjes beantwoorden binnen afgesproken tijd (SLA) • Werkinstructies volgen en verbeteren waar nodig • Vertrouwelijk omgaan met gevoelige informatie • Bijhouden van controles (SOC) met de juiste bewijsstukken • Technische problemen goed en volledig doorgeven aan de IT-afdeling • Problemen of afwijkingen melden aan je manager • Goed contact onderhouden met collega’s en andere afdelingen
