📋 Description

• Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met technische uitdagingen binnen de Front Office Technical afdeling • Oplossen van problemen rond breedband, mobiele netwerken, TV-apps en afstandsbedieningen • Communiceren hoofdzakelijk via telefoon en af en toe via chat • Geavanceerde tools zoals 'Dare' gebruiken voor first-time-right oplossingen • Monteursbezoeken inplannen indien nodig • Complexere dossiers doorzetten naar tweedelijns experts • Commerciële kansen signaleren en klanten introduceren bij nieuwe producten

🎯 Requirements

• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands (C2) • Je hebt een sterke basis in het Engels (B2) • Vriendelijke en behulpzame telefoonstem • Actief kunnen luisteren, zaken helder samenvatten en overtuigend spreken • Interesse in de telecomsector • Avond- en weekenddiensten kunnen werken • Gemotiveerd en leergierig om training en informatie snel op te nemen
