• Support the care facilities in your region with day-to-day recruiting activities • Correspond with applicants and coordinate initial interviews • Support Active Sourcing efforts to attract skilled professionals and managers • Prepare metrics and reporting • Implement your own HR projects or support the team on joint projects • Conduct onboarding and offboarding interviews • Regularly post on social media about positive impressions of everyday work with colleagues and prospective applicants
• Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable degree • Relevant experience in a similar role and/or in Active Sourcing • Strong affinity for social media • Willingness to travel within Rhineland-Palatinate • Familiarity with common MS Office applications
