📋 Description

• You support the organization and administration of our employees and ensure smooth day-to-day personnel management. • Proactively source and approach talent to further strengthen our team. • Directly contact candidates through various channels. • Actively participate in managing and optimizing the application process, from job posting to hire. • Conduct interviews and assist in selecting suitable candidates. • Identify top talent for our company and help continuously scale our HR activities. • Guide new team members through the onboarding process and ensure they feel welcome and well supported from day one. • Train new colleagues in the use of our internal tools and systems so they can work quickly and efficiently.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills in German (fluent written and spoken). • Completed training or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification. • Initial professional experience in Human Resources management is an advantage. • Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work. • Confident use of MS Office and common HR tools. • Experience with Zoho or similar CRM tools is a plus. • Team player with initiative and a solution-oriented mindset. • Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve your goals.
