📋 Description

• Act as the first personal point of contact for our caregivers. • Qualify caregivers by phone and manage their onboarding. • Assist our clients in finding suitable caregivers. • Support caregivers during their assignments with advice and practical help. • Actively assist colleagues. • Take care of your health and maintain a healthy work–life balance.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Romanian • Very good written and verbal communication skills in German • English is a plus • 2–3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Call Center Agent, Customer Support specialist, or in a similar role • Enjoy phone-based communication and be comfortable communicating daily with caregivers via email and phone • Experience using various software and CRM tools to record and manage data and notes • Willingness to learn and grow • Hands-on mentality
