📋 Description
• Manage client onboarding and accounts on the platform • Build and maintain new client relationships • Coordinate our advertiser outreach pipeline • Help maintain our internal knowledge databases and CRM systems • Work on data and analytics operations surrounding the platform • Help refine our proposition over time
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors degree in a technical, business or other relevant domain • Minimum 1 year of sales and/or operations experience in technology businesses • Near-native English language proficiency • A keen understanding of the SaaS ecosystem and the online advertising industry • In-depth experience using spreadsheets (GoogleSheets & Excel) for complex analysis tasks • Experience using ChatGPT and other AI tools in optimising workflows
