📋 Description

• Sourcing candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, job portals, etc.) • Communicating with candidates, screening relevant CVs • Maintaining documentation and working with a CRM system

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication and networking skills (experience in roles with a high level of communication is a plus) • Proactivity and results-oriented mindset • English proficiency above Upper-Intermediate level • Understanding of how to work with hiring resources and familiarity with key candidate sourcing tools • 1 year of experience in a similar role (experience closing both tech and non-tech positions will be a plus)
