📋 Description
• Manage complex automobile claims by conducting thorough investigations • Evaluate coverage and liability • Assess damages to drive fair and timely outcomes • Handle investigation regarding all aspects of advanced auto claims • Recognize and identify body parts of a vehicle • Determine subrogation or fraud potential
🎯 Requirements
• Prior injury claims experience • Strong analytical and negotiation skills • Ability to manage claims confidently within authority limits • Understanding of insurance policies and advanced auto claims (coverage, liability, damages) • Experience in handling basic to moderate injury claims • Knowledge of customer service skills
