📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards throughout the claim lifecycle. • Investigate minor to moderately complex auto accidents and prepare clear, concise claim summaries. • Conduct recorded statements with claimants, insureds, and witnesses. • Evaluate auto claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages. • Negotiate and settle claims in alignment with established guidelines and best practices. • Maintain detailed and well-documented claim files, including notes, summaries, and decision rationale. • Collaborate with internal teams to support efficient and customer-centric claim handling.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of prior claim handling experience preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail with solid critical-thinking and decision-making skills • Comfortable using technology and learning claims-related software and tools • Notice of Licensing Requirement: As a condition of employment, you may be expected to obtain an adjuster’s license in multiple markets.
