📋 Description

• Execute Enterprise Learning & Development (L&D) strategies, programs, processes, and policies • Conduct learning needs analysis • Develop solutions that build skills and behaviors necessary for success • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to create and execute comprehensive learning plans • Influence leaders and teams to prioritize learning as a strategic enabler of business performance • Advocate for modern learning methodologies such as digital learning, coaching, and on-the-job experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in a Learning & Development role • 2+ years’ experience with instructional design • Mandatory proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline • Preferred experience in Synthesia, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, and Audition • AI and emerging technology application in learning design • Global learning design, localization, and accessibility compliance (WCAG, Section 508) • Consultative communication and cross-functional collaboration • Project management and execution of large-scale initiatives
