📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic partner to Direct Phone Sales leadership. • Provide thought leadership and external perspective to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and improve business performance. • Develop and execute strategic plans that support DPS growth objectives. • Lead the development and execution of activation strategies. • Establish feedback mechanisms to gather field insights and continuously improve approaches. • Drive continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and workflows. • Build strong partnerships with DPS leadership and other teams. • Leverage data and insights to identify trends and inform strategic decisions. • Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for change activation and knowledge management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred. • 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, business transformation, sales enablement, change management, learning, or related disciplines. • Demonstrated success supporting large-scale sales organizations or customer-facing operations. • Strong executive presence with exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills. • Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and execute effectively in fast-paced environments. • Experience building and scaling centralized support, enablement, or operational excellence functions. • Strong business acumen and ability to connect activation strategies directly to business results. • Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational leadership capabilities.
