• Responsible for transforming data into strategic insights to optimize media campaigns and support business decisions with the goal of driving results. • Works on performance analysis, dashboard creation, KPI management and integration across marketing, media and technology teams. • Close monitoring and support of media operations; • Interaction with client teams during project engagement; • Presentation of reports and analyses to various marketing and business teams; • Collaborate with strategic planning by applying comprehensive critical thinking regarding the client's brand, actions and competitive landscape using available data; • Increase the available data pool by working together with the data engineering team; • Translate analytical needs into project specifications for specialists (data solutions, data engineering, martech, social insights, research, etc); • Participate in channel, audience and budget strategies; • Present to clients with support from specialists (social, research, etc) using a clear, layperson-friendly narrative (strong storytelling in PPT/Keynote);
• Knowledge and experience with Google Analytics and digital marketing tools: media platforms, social networks, audience platforms; • Previous experience implementing and analyzing data with GA4 (Adobe Analytics); • Proactive approach to identify and solve related problems; • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of data visualization tools: Power BI / Looker Studio; • Advanced Excel; • Marketing concepts such as customer journey, conversion funnel and attribution; • Media metrics for on- and offline channels, acquisition and business metrics (desirable); • Handling of unstructured and semi-structured data; • Concepts of first-, second- and third-party data; • BI (Power BI, Tableau, SQL); • Digital media analysis (Google Ads, Meta Ads and programmatic); • Channel and CRM data management; • Data automation and integration; • Data storytelling for presentations to business teams;
