• Provide daily operational support and administration for Microsoft cloud services, such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune • Handle incoming tickets and create documentation on the existing infrastructure • Support the Platform Manager in creating governance policies • Monitor and manage platform performance, escalating issues when necessary • Provide ongoing technical and operational support to Platform Managers
• Intermediate level profile for daily operational support and administration for Microsoft cloud services, such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Defender • Hands-on experience with endpoint security, threat detection, and response • Ability to design, deploy and troubleshoot modern endpoint management • Strong understanding of identity as the control plane • Ability to document solutions and maintain operational runbooks • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices
