• Lead high-priority projects in the APAC region, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals • Assist the CEO & country managers in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities • Engage with all aspects of the company to gain a comprehensive view of operations • Ensure smooth communication and alignment between internal teams • Identify and implement strategies to enhance productivity and streamline processes
• Experience in project management, operations, user acquisition, business development or business strategy roles • Ability to lead and execute projects independently, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives • Strong business acumen with understanding of business operations, product development, and user acquisition • Excellent communication skills for collaborating across departments and with the leadership team • Analytical mindset to extract insights from data and make strategic decisions • Fluent in English & Korean
