📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL and Salesforce APIs • Configure Salesforce clouds, objects, fields, permissions, flows and automation • Support implementation and customization of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud or other Salesforce products • Design and implement integrations with external platforms and third-party systems • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions • Participate in technical analysis, solution design and estimation activities • Collaborate with distributed teams, including functional consultants, architects, developers and client stakeholders • Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting and production support activities • Contribute to documentation, best practices and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience working with Salesforce • Experience with Salesforce development, configuration, consulting or administration • Strong knowledge of at least one Salesforce cloud or product • For developer profiles: hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flows and API integrations • For functional/consultant profiles: strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, business processes and platform capabilities • Experience working in remote or distributed teams • Good English communication skills • Availability to work with at least partial overlap with CET time zone • Ability to describe previous Salesforce projects, responsibilities and technical scope • Availability to share expected salary or rate during the application process • Nice to Have • Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant • Experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations • Experience with CPQ, OmniStudio, Field Service, Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud • Experience with CI/CD, Salesforce DX or deployment tools • Experience working with European or international clients • Consulting or stakeholder-facing experience
