• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, list building, emailing, and social media outreach. • Qualify outbound leads to determine their fit and potential as sales opportunities. • Schedule qualified appointments and demos for the sales team to further engage potential clients. • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system. • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • Previous sales experience in an BDR role (1-3 years), preferably in software or financial services sales. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational skills and work ethic. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
