📋 Description

• Lead high-complexity billing processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance of customized allocations • Act as technical support to resolve critical inconsistencies and liaise with clients and insurance carriers • Ensure SLAs are met and maintain the integrity of information across all platforms • Perform detailed billing analyses to identify and correct inconsistencies • Execute complex customized allocations and validate calculations • Coordinate the sending and verification of files with clients and carriers • Monitor copayment exemption processes, ensuring full traceability • Execute and validate system postings and ensure data integrity between platforms such as Qbem and Quiver Pro • Contribute to monitoring productivity and quality metrics • Prepare client-specific payroll/files according to client requirements • Interface with clients and carriers to resolve incidents • Support leadership in implementing improvements and automations • Manage invoice extensions • Negotiate claims and requests with carriers when necessary • Train and mentor Analysts I and II • Ensure compliance with established SLAs and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma (completed) • Experience in billing, reconciliation, or complex financial routines • Advanced Excel, including data handling, pivot tables, and complex formulas • Solid knowledge of billing and reconciliation systems • Logical reasoning and an analytical mindset • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines • Must reside in São Paulo
