• Professional responsible for supporting the Mass Market area in the generation, cleansing and analysis of data (Sales, Loss Ratio, Customer Service, Volume, Quality, etc.) through reports, dashboards and management panels, ensuring monitoring and presentation of results, analysis of indicators and efficiency of processes implemented with partners, insurers and internal areas of Alper. • Perform sales performance analysis and present results via dashboards and/or reports. • Process indicators, KPIs and targets for the area, interpreting data and consolidating information in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau and others in use. • Experience building dashboards connected to databases. • Oversee the proper functioning of implemented workflows with other areas (IT, Finance, Accounting, Back Office, carriers and insurers). • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking. • Provide support to the Commercial area on research, quoting and communication with insurers, partners and clients. • Autonomy to conduct meetings and presentations. • Organization and management of incoming requests and priorities. • Good internal communication with departments and external communication with partners and insurers.
• Bachelor's degree (completed). • Experience with billing routines, financial reconciliation or operations in mass insurance, brokerages, insurers or consultancies. • Practical knowledge of products such as Personal Accident (PA), Credit Life, Educational insurance, PIX, Portable devices, Extended Warranty, among others. • Intermediate to advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills. • Understanding of commercial loading rules, pro-labore, transfers and commission structures. • Familiarity with billing layouts (batch/API/SFTP) and BI tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.).
