📋 Description

• Lead discovery processes with franchisees, schools and B2B partners; • Identify problems, opportunities and product hypotheses; • Create PRDs, one-pagers and functional documentation; • Map user journeys and business flows; • Prioritize the backlog based on impact and strategy; • Define metrics and success indicators for the product; • Validate hypotheses through user interviews and testing; • Work closely with engineering teams and internal stakeholders; • Support continuous product evolution based on data and feedback; • Use AI tools to support discovery, documentation and analysis; • Participate in squad rituals, alignment sessions and demos.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress); • Proven experience in Digital Product Management, Product Management or Product Ownership; • Experience building and evolving B2B products; • Hands-on experience with discovery, user interviews and hypothesis validation; • Knowledge of defining metrics, tracking results and outcome-oriented management; • Experience prioritizing backlogs and writing product requirements; • Familiarity with AI tools applied to discovery, research and product documentation; • Knowledge of solutions such as Lovable, Replit, Cloud Coud or similar; • Ability to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions; • Experience collaborating across business, technology and stakeholder teams; • Familiarity with agile methodologies and multidisciplinary environments; • Knowledge of product documentation and management tools; • Availability for hybrid work in São Paulo, SP.
