• Responsible for developing and executing the communication plan for each implementation project, ensuring beneficiary engagement and understanding of the new products and services contracted. • Works strategically with the client and internal teams, planning actions and materials that ensure clear, consistent communication aligned with operational processes. • Understands the context, audience profile, and the product being implemented to tailor communication effectively and with personalization. • Develop, in partnership with the client, the communication strategy for each project, ensuring clarity, engagement, and emphasis on the value of the benefits. • Prepare the communication plan, proposing suitable materials, channels, and formats for each audience. • Create materials, announcements, informational documents, presentations, and visual content aligned with the company’s identity and the client’s guidelines. • Deliver talks, trainings, and presentations on new products and services, either online or in person. • Hold Q&A sessions to address insureds’ questions and provide support to partner teams. • Interact with involved internal areas to ensure systems and registrations are correct before the release of products and materials. • Maintain the organization and updating of communication materials and templates, contributing to standardization and continuous improvement. • Act in a consultative and collaborative manner, proposing improvements and innovations in project engagement and communication strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed) • Experience delivering presentations/training at an insurance broker or insurer. • Tools: PowerPoint, Canva, and layout/design systems. • Knowledge of insurer products, differentiators, and services. • ANS and SUSEP regulations. • Clear communication, professional presentation, and public speaking skills.
