📋 Description

• Initial knowledge or experience in change management, organizational transformation, or projects • Experience or exposure to corporate communications, organizational culture, or HR-related areas • Strong communication skills, storytelling, and the ability to build strategic narratives • Ability to conduct interviews, active listening, and qualitative analysis (surveys/perceptions) • Familiarity with Office suite tools (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) • Interest or familiarity with using Copilot in day-to-day work • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, interacting with different areas and stakeholders (including senior leadership) • Organized, agile, and able to handle multiple simultaneous demands

🎯 Requirements

• Specific certification in change management is not required (junior role) • Having completed courses or having exposure to topics such as Change Management, Project Management, Organizational Culture, or Communications is a plus
