📋 Description

• Establish criteria for credit approval and define customer approval policies for the company's financial products. • Monitor and structure performance indicators related to credit granting, customer performance and delinquency. • Prepare proposals to change the credit policy to optimize customer approvals while maintaining control over credit quality. • Prepare materials and presentations for the company's Executive Committee on the performance of credit policy rules. • Systematic control of credit approval rules. • Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and ensure consistency across the credit cycle. • Monitor the performance of commercial partnerships and propose actions to optimize results. • Customer profile clustering and development of variables to improve the application of credit rules and audience segmentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in engineering, economics, statistics or related fields • Minimum of 2 years' prior experience in credit policy or credit granting • Knowledge of the consumer (individual) credit market • Knowledge of financial mathematics • Experience working with Excel • Intermediate knowledge of SQL • Desired: additional knowledge in financial mathematics • Spanish is a plus
