📋 Description

• Ensure accurate calculation, payment, and control of taxes by analyzing incoming and outgoing tax-related transactions. • Ensure timely filing of tax returns and ancillary obligations within statutory deadlines, reconciling tax calculations and validating declared information. • Provide consultative support to internal teams and, when applicable, external clients—clarifying doubts and advising on the proper application of tax legislation. • Contribute to the development, review, and standardization of tax procedures, internal policies, and supporting document controls by monitoring and continuously improving processes. • Act proactively to identify tax risks, proposing improvements and solutions to mitigate contingencies.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. • Proficiency in Excel. • Experience with TOTVS ERP - Tax Configurator is a plus. • Previous experience in industry or consulting. • 5 years' experience with ICMS, IPI, and PIS/COFINS. • Familiarity with SPED Fiscal and EFD-Contribuições. • Commitment to staying current with tax legislation.
