📋 Description

• Monitor and support the closing of activities, costs, and KPIs for services provided by third‑party technicians in customer‑site operations (CAPEX), consolidating information for payment processing. • Be responsible for part of the monthly close, handling accounting entries, applying provisions and reclassifications of OPEX expenses (third‑party services and administrative expenses), interfacing with the directorate budget managers and the accounting department, and reporting to the relevant areas. • Prepare financial reports in Excel and results presentations in PowerPoint, including analyses and budget vs. actual comparisons. • Interact with other areas — especially management levels — to align recurring processes and perform seasonal analyses. • Contribute, with discipline and responsibility, to the directorate’s planning and control routines.

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of finance, experience with controlling third‑party services, advanced Excel skills, and administrative routines. • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. • Management of third‑party service expenses – Basic • Budget vs. actual reconciliation and control – Intermediate • Communication with technical and administrative areas – Intermediate • PowerPoint – Basic to Intermediate • Excel – Advanced • Preferred: • Internships or previous experience in administrative, financial, or budget control areas. • Introductory courses in finance, advanced Excel, or budget control systems. • Basic understanding of CAPEX and OPEX • Strong technical curiosity and a desire for professional growth – Advanced • Communication with internal teams and support for requests – Intermediate • Proactivity in resolving queries and seeking information – Intermediate
