📋 Description

• Ensure the integrity of the company’s reported accounting results by validating information consolidated from other areas; • Analyze variations in balance sheet and income statement accounts, identify deviations, and support partner areas in understanding the movements and accounting impacts; • Perform accounting reconciliations for assets and liabilities, conducting analyses and addressing identified discrepancies; • Record and process accounting entries and transactions, such as provisions, allocations, accruals, and reclassifications; • Work closely with partner areas and leadership, supporting analyses and requests related to the company’s results; • Support the monthly accounting close processes, ensuring deadlines are met; • Provide support for internal and external audits by supplying necessary information and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required); • Experience with the Protheus system; • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; • Knowledge of SQL queries and Power BI is a plus but not mandatory; • Experience with accounting reconciliations and monthly closing procedures; • Experience in the Retail sector is a plus.
