📋 Description

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales and commercial performance data to monitor results and identify opportunities. • Execute the settlement of additional commission incentive contracts, validating data and criteria for payment releases. • Produce management reports and presentations, consolidating KPIs and results to support decision-making. • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Accounting, and Finance to ensure strategic and operational alignment in the execution of initiatives. • Provide data support to the entire commercial area of the company, acting as an enabler for decision-making. • Support the definition and tracking of commercial targets based on historical data and performance indicators. • Contribute to improvements in processes, tools, and campaign communications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. • Previous experience in the insurance market. • Experience with data analysis and financial/insurance indicators. • Advanced Excel skills. • Intermediate PowerPoint skills. • Intermediate English. • Plus: knowledge of data and analysis tools such as Power BI, Access, and automation tools (e.g., Python, Power Automate). Experience in Commercial Planning, Incentive Programs, and/or FP&A is a plus. • Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days remote).
