📋 Description

• Analyze and propose improvements for mobile network coverage, capacity, and quality, taking into account demand growth and technology strategy; • Participate in the planning and dimensioning of 4G/5G networks, with a critical view on CAPEX efficiency and network performance; • Collaborate with technical, infrastructure, and business areas to gather requirements, prioritize, and define solutions; • Support the definition and assessment of 5G usage scenarios (NSA and SA), FWA, private networks, and IoT solutions; • Conduct technical analyses on spectrum usage, including refarming studies and strategies for efficient frequency utilization; • Monitor and analyze network KPIs, identifying needs for expansion and optimization; • Contribute to the technical and financial control of projects, supporting governance and delivery tracking; • Work in a multi-vendor environment, supporting solution analysis, technical specifications, and network configurations; • Structure analyses and consolidate data to support strategic decisions and executive presentations.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma - Certificate of Completion • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related fields • Proven experience in planning and dimensioning mobile networks (4G/5G); • Solid knowledge of coverage, capacity, quality criteria, and network resource utilization; • Experience with 5G concepts and implementation (NSA and SA), including scenario analysis and technical trade-offs; • Knowledge of spectrum refarming and technological evolution strategies; • Experience with coverage prediction and capacity planning tools; • Knowledge of transport/backhaul solutions applied to mobile networks; • Nice to have: • Experience with data analysis (advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar); • Knowledge of databases or programming languages; • Experience in financial control of projects and governance processes (CAPEX); • Experience in multidisciplinary environments and interaction with business areas.
