📋 Description
• Responsible for planning indicators with a focus on collections-related metrics; • Monitor and update forecast; • Provide support to the area's supervision and coordination; • Develop reports and dashboards in Power BI; • Experience in strategic planning for outbound and inbound collections operations is a plus;
🎯 Requirements
• Completed undergraduate degree in Systems Analysis and Development; Information Systems; Business Administration; Accounting; Economics; or related fields. • Advanced Excel skills; • Experience generating and manipulating indicators/KPIs; • Intermediate knowledge of Power BI and SQL; • Committed, analytical profile with a strategic focus; good interpersonal skills for interacting with various teams and levels; strong communication and relationship-building skills; results-oriented and autonomous.
