📋 Description
• Source candidates daily through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other tools • Conduct initial outreach via calls and messages to qualify interest and fit • Submit detailed candidate profiles in our ATS for recruiter follow-up • Collaborate with Recruiters and Account Managers for smooth handoffs • Meet and exceed weekly sourcing and submission goals • Maintain accurate ATS records and provide progress updates
🎯 Requirements
• 2–3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally with a US staffing agency • Fluent in English (spoken and written) • Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and sourcing tools • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills • Ability to work during US business hours
